|  From problem analysis to equipment testing
In terms of lifting, each problem is a special case depending on the mass to be lifted (shape, centre of gravity), the possibilities for clamping the load, the constraints of available lifting equipments (ex: the height of the crane), the foreseeable uses, and the environment.
By relying on its experience and thanks to its integrated means (engineering and design department, production tool, in house testing equipment), SAPEM has the capability to offer a complete solution to its customers:
 engineering
 structural analysis
 definition of the main components (lifting beam, lifting spreaders, clamping systems)
 recommendation, and, if necessary, qualification standard fittings or accessories (slings - shackles – hooks)
 development and testing (if necessary) of special fittings (special rings, special
hooks, special clamps)
 manufacture of lifting beams, lifting spreaders, clamping systems and special fittings
 testing of the equipment with certificate from an approved organisation
 user’s manual
 Short delivery and control of operations
